History
On September 11, 2013, French company Limseo SARL finalized the acquisition of ALTIK SAS, which would be backdated in effectiveness to September 1, 2013. Limseo stated it would absorb the ALTIK personnel into its operations and continue to develop and support Solution Laboratoire.[1][2]

SOLUTION Laboratoire was a modular laboratory information management system (LIMS) "for managing the analytical and administrative activity of the lab, from the registration of the requests to the publishing of tests reports and invoices."[3]
