Bentley Systems, Inc. is a developer and distributor of software solutions for infrastructure manufacturing, development, and maintenance sectors.

History

Bentley Systems was formally founded in 1987.[1]

In May 2019, Bentley Systems, Inc. announced it had acquired Keynetix Ltd. and its KeyLAB software, noting that "the addition of Keynetix software expands Bentley's geotechnical offerings and accelerates Bentley's vision of enabling subsurface digital twins for infrastructure projects and assets."[2]

Technology and products

KeyLAB, etc.

KeyLAB is an Excel-based laboratory information management system (LIMS) "built specifically for geotechnical and construction laboratories." The software features Microsoft Excel integration, allowing you to "easily customize worksheets and reports while staying in complete control of your laboratory data."[3]

The company has a massive catalog of other non-laboratory software solutions for infrastructure design and construction. See the company's product page for more.
