Each point represents a time-measurement for the management of the follow up of a single patient. Each cross represents one measurement of the total time spent for the management of a single patient’s follow-up performed with the traditional method. Each filled triangle represents one measurement of the total time spent for the management of a single patient’s follow-up performed with the BPM method.
