Summary

Description

Figure 7: Data filtering and reporting in adLIMS The function of integrated reporting (via JasperReport) allows the users to configure customized reports from a selection of data fields. In this example, a user starts from the DNA table (A), then clicks on the button "report" on the main menu to initiate the report generation, obtaining a new tab (B) with the list of the whole entries of the table. For example, to set a filter of the DNA samples with concentrations between 100 and 250 ng / uL, the user clicks on the "search" button (icon button with a magnifying glass) that opens a new window. Then the user switches in the advanced tab (C) of the search window and specifies the two needed filters. Once completed the search form, adLIMS filters the dataset and releases the PDF file that the user can save locally.
