Summary

Description

Figure 9. Screen shot of a spreadsheet that can be automatically transferred to a corresponding odML template. This example is generated from the template of the Subject branch (Subject_TPL). The .xls file representation is used to fill the template part with the corresponding metadata of the reach-to-grasp experiment (compare to Figure 5). Default values which should be manually changed to actual metadata are marked in red. To be able to directly use such a .xls file as template and later directly translate it to the odML format one should at least include the Section Definition as additional column [e.g., for “Path: /Subject” add “Section Definition: Information on the investigated experimental subject (animal or person)”].
