Mincom Pty. Ltd. developed and distributed enterprise asset management software and services, including a laboratory informatics software solution for mining and metal processing laboratories.

History

On May 9, 2011, the ABB Group announced it had acquired Mincom Pty. Ltd. and would be integrating it with its subsidiary Ventyx, Inc..[2][3] On February 6, 2012, ABB announced it had "completed the organizational integration of Mincom."[1]

CCLAS

Mincom's former product was CCLAS, a laboratory information management system (LIMS) that "provides a wide range of tools to help [mining and metal processing] laboratories optimize their processes and ensure quality results."[4] Please see the Ventyx, Inc. page for the new Ventyx CCLAS.
