The consolidation was scheduled to begin on April 1, 2012.[2] It's not clear when exactly the consolidation was completed, but the Keane domain and identity disappeared sometime between September and December of 2012[3], with the emergence of Keane Optimum as simply the "Optimum" suite of applications.
