Title21 Health Solutions, Inc. develops and distributes clinical laboratory informatics software solutions, with a focus on the cell therapy and biotech markets.

History

Title21 was founded in 1996[2] with its first product release in 2001.

In 2014, Title21 debuted its LIS-like Cellular Therapy Solution at the annual AABB (American Association of Blood Banks) conference in Philadelphia, describing it as "a new class of flexible and integrated technology for cellular therapy labs to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and quality to ultimately improve patient outcomes."[3]

In both 2015 and 2016, the company was recognized as one of the "20 Most Promising Biotech Technology Solution Providers" by CIOReview magazine, also gaining a featured review in 2016.[4]

In June 2016, the company's CEO Lynn Fischer was chosen by IT magazine Insights Success as the featured profile for their "50 Most Empowering Women in Business" issue.[5]

Cellular Therapy Solution is a laboratory information management system (LIMS) for cell therapy environments.[6][7]

Document Control Solution is a document management system "that is easy-to-learn and quick to implement – accelerating your path to paperless efficiency."[8]
