Summary

Description

Figure 1. R code for retrieving data from database and for performing preliminary data element extraction. Lines start with hash mark are comment lines, not executed by R interpreter. The content of the connection string in line conn <- odbcDriverConnect("driver={SQL Server}; SERVER = 192.168.*.***,****; DATABASE = Pathology_ Database; UID = Jay_Ye; PWD = Open_Sesame") is modified for confidentiality.
