Difference error ratio

The difference error ratio, as defined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency via its SEDD Specification Version 5.2, is "the estimated error between two results defined as the absolute value of the difference of two values as a fraction of the square root of sum of squares of their result uncertainties."[1]
