History
Seqome was formally founded in March 2016.[1]
Sometime in 2021, the company updated its website, removing mention of its ELNOME ELN/LIS.[2] The product line presumably was discontinued.
Prior offerings
ELNOME was an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) that can be expanded (via the Enterprise edition) to include a laboratory information management system (LIMS).[2] The software came in a Personal, Multi-User, and Enterprise edition, which can be installed locally or hosted in the cloud. The Personal version was available for free to academic and non-profit entities.[3] The features of the LIMS associated with the Enterprise edition were not clear.
Technology and products
OME
The company still offers the OME Platform, described as a framework "to automate analysis" for "genomics and machine learning workflows."[4] The platform apparently includes tools for automation, bioinformatics, sequencing, and prognostic models. See the website for more details.
