Figure 7. SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR systems introduced in our laboratory. RT-PCR for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 from clinical specimens were achieved using several instruments introduced in our laboratory. The in-house molecular diagnostic platform (Molecular Dx platform) and the cobas SARS-CoV-2 instrument are two high-throughput RT-PCR systems, while the Xpert Xpress SARS-CoV-2 assay (Cepheid, CA, USA) and the cobas SARS-CoV-2-Influenza A/B test are rapid RT-PCR systems used for emergencies, adapted from Opota et al. and Marquis et al. |
