Ganymede Lab-as-Code Platform
The Ganymede Lab-as-Code Platform is cloud-based, middleware-like laboratory informatics platform that "liberates your data by connecting every instrument and app like ELNs or LIMS into one FAIR data layer" and automates data management across instruments and software platforms.[2] The platform appears to be separated into modules, with the Lab-as-Code module being the base software for constructing transformation and analysis pipelines, and other modules like "Io" making universal connectors among instruments and software, "Callisto" for ETL of data to FAIR data priniciples, and "Europa" for virtualizing analyses and visualizations in the cloud.
