Fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC), is a form of liquid chromatography similar to high-performance liquid chromatography that is used to separate or purify proteins and other polymers from complex mixtures. FPLC system is a complete system for laboratory scale chromatographic separations of proteins and other biomolecules.
