Spruce Labs, LLC was officially founded in January 2015.[1]

Sometime in 2019 or 2020, Spruce Labs became "FTB Suspended," meaning "the business entity was suspended or forfeited by the Franchise Tax Board for failure to meet tax requirements (e.g., failure to file a return, pay taxes, penalties, interest)."[1][2]
