Chamberlain College of Nursing is a for-profit nursing school that offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree programs in nursing. Chamberlain College of Nursing was first established in St. Louis in 1889, under the name Deaconess School of Nursing. DeVry Education Group acquired Deaconess in 2005 and was required to change the name of the school.[1]
