The coeffa0, as defined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency via its SEDD Specification Version 5.2, is "the value of the zeroth order coefficient in a polynomial or regression equation. This term is sometimes referred to as the ‘b’ value or ‘y-intercept’ for a linear regression."[1]
