Description

Fig. 1 Technical architecture for the data analytics environment. Data are sent from the source hospitals to the health information exchange. The data are replicated at the Regenstrief Institute, where they are extracted, transformed and loaded into the common data model. Once in the OMOP data store, the data can be queried by researchers and assessed for data quality.
