Summary

Description

Fig. 2 Configuration of ChromaWizard for Chinese hamster painting analysis. (A) Labeling schemes of Metasystem Hamster 12X painting probes. Each row represents a single chromosome (1–10 autosomes and X‐Y sex chromosomes) for the Chinese hamster. The first column represents the assigned false color, while all other columns show the labeling combinations of the five fluorochromes. Both combinations and false colors can be individually adapted to the desired application. (B) Examples of configurations of the “.c.default.conf.json” file in ChromaWizard. Listing 1: where a number of channels can be set with their respective bit‐mask and channel name which will appear in the GUI in the order in which the images are loaded. Listing 2: where the false color can be set to each chromosome with the respective channel and bit‐mask combination. For example; Chromosome 4 is a combination of channel aqua and orange, thus bit‐mask 1010 (1000; orange and 10; Aqua).
