NoemaLife SpA developed and distributed healthcare informatics software solutions for clinical healthcare providers and laboratories.
In June 2016, Dedalus SpA announced it had completed the acquisition of NoemaLife SpA, stating "[t]he integration of these two companies is consistent with our reciprocal values: continuous investments in innovation, a high level of service to clients, and respect for the rules." As of October 2017, it appears Dedalus is still offering NoemaLife's DNLab LIS.

DNLab was a laboratory information system (LIS) designed to promote "the organizational evolution of modern clinical laboratories."
HALIA was a "middleware" program that runs between a LIS and instruments, one that "allows central management of all pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical instruments supporting global control of processes and guaranteeing a complete response for the connectivity demands of analysis labs."
