The first edition of the ''[[LII:LIMS Selection Guide for Manufacturing Quality Control|LIMS Selection Guide for Manufacturing Quality Control]]'' is now live and takes a closer look at this lab type, what roles it plays in society in regards to safety and quality, the efforts it must go to remain standardized and compliant, and the benefits in doing so. It also examines the unique [[laboratory informatics]] system requirements for these labs, turning to [[LII:LIMSpec 2022 R2|LIMSpec]] for clues as to what those systems need to do to help such labs better comply to the standard.
