On May 9, 2011, the ABB Group announced it had acquired Mincom Pty. Ltd. and would be integrating it with its subsidiary Ventyx, Inc.[4][5] On February 6, 2012, ABB announced it had "completed the organizational integration of Mincom."[6]

On January 30, 2015, ABB announced Ventyx would become ABB Enterprise Software[1], essentially becoming fully absorbed into ABB along with CCLAS.[7]
